Parking lot appears neglected, dirty grounds detracting from the overall impression!!! Broken fixtures need immediate attention!!! Uninviting atmosphere fails to make a positive impact!!!

Room had decent amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and air conditioning. The bed was comfy, bathroom had good toiletries including shampoo and body soap. I liked having a tv and the free WiFi was a plus. The hotel had good linens and towels.

The hotel provided an excellent experience for what it was- a budget friendly option I don't have any complaints at all.

There honestly wasn't anything I didn't like. I didn't take advantage of the complimentary continental breakfast so I'm unable to evaluate that experience However, everything else was spot-on and sufficient given what we paid.

Very basic, rooms need update

Checked in expecting a relaxing evening but was met with a room filled with flies. The service did offer a solution, yet I wanted my money back instead of risking another fly-infested room. This experience left me frustrated and seeking better accommodations nearby.

I especially liked the location close to St. Michaels but on the main road to Ocean City. I think the value was commensurate with the facility and its amenities, e.g. bath items, breakfast.

Totally such great stay in 3 nights stay. Clean hotel, consistently courteous staff, easy location in a quiet area. Continental breakfast, newly decorated room with coffee maker and a 1 King size bed, for example. Great facilities.

The hotel was conveniently located for golfing at Hog Neck Golf Course and visiting St Michaels Winery. The staff was friendly, and though the breakfast options were limited, the coffee was good. Definitely worth the stop!

The environment, the conditions of the property, the trash & poorly lite walkway area to my room.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with the two double beds providing a restful night's sleep. The price was unbeatable and the location was really good. Though the breakfast was basic, it was enough to start the day. The stains on the vanity and some outdated fixtures could use attention.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They welcomed us each day and inquired about our travels. They asked if the renovations were interfering with our stay.

Hard to tell if this location is being renovated or demolished. There were piles of appliances,, furniture, and carpeting from gutted units piled in the walkways. As our stay continued, the debris seemed to disappear. A "heads up" in the listing would have been appreciated.
